Data controller

Norden Media UF is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at hej@nordenmedia.se.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we store your name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the services you are interested in and your message.

Why we process it

We only use your details to reply to your request, book a call and, if you become a client, to fulfil our agreement. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than twelve months after we have handled them. Client data is kept for as long as the agreement lasts and thereafter as long as Swedish accounting law requires.

Who can access it

We never sell your data. It may be processed by suppliers that help us run the website and receive form submissions, such as our web host and email provider. They may only use the data on our behalf.

Cookies and storage

The website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. If you choose light or dark mode, your choice is stored locally in your browser so it is remembered next time.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to the processing and to withdraw your consent. Contact us at hej@nordenmedia.se. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
